__Textiles as a Language for Equality

WE partnered with ERGO Network, a European network of Roma grassroots organisations advocating for equality and inclusion since 2008, to build an identity able to speak with authority in policy settings and with warmth in community spaces. Drawing on the ornamental language of Romani textiles, WE turned traditional motifs into a modular system of shapes and patterns designed to keep growing over time.

A calm base of warm off-white and deep charcoal carries the institutional voice, and over it a vibrant layer of colour, shape and pattern brings rhythm and celebration to every channel, from EU reports to social media.

By rooting the brand in the culture it represents, we gave ERGO a visual world where policy and heritage speak as one__
